Payments

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days from the date of an invoice unless otherwise agreed

Late Payments: Accounts not paid within 7 days will incur a late payment fee of 5% of the total invoice amount, applied every 7 days until payment is received in full

Payment Methods: Accepted payment pethosds include bank transfer, EFT, or any other method agreed upon in writing. Please include your invoice number as a reference when making payment

Disputes: Any disputes regarding this invoice must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of all charges

Ownership of Goods/Services: All goods and materials supplied remain the property of CHARM Maintenance until payment is received in full

Debt Recovery: In the event of non-payment, CHARM Maintenance reserves the right to recover all outstanding amounts, including any collection agency fees, legal costs, and interest incurred during recovery

Work Warranty: All work carried out by CHARM Maintenance is performed to a professional standard. Any defects must be reported within 7 business days of completion

Quotes

Validity: All quotes issued by CHARM Maintenance are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices and availability of materials or labour are subject to change after that period

Acceptance of Quote: Acceptance of this quote constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Confirmation may be provided in writing, by email, or by payment of a deposit.

Scope of Work: The quote is based on information provided and covers only the items specified. Any variations, additional works, or unforeseen circumstances may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved prior to commencement

Deposits: A deposit of 30% (or as stated on the quote) may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced

Changes and Cancellations: Any cancellation or changes to the agreed works must be made in writing. CHARM Maintenance reserves the right to charge for materials purchased and labour costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.

Site Access & Safety: The clients must ensure safe and resonable access to the site for all workers, vehicles and equipment. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges

Liability: CHARM Maintenance is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, supplier issues, or site restrictions
